Vincent Clancy bought his first foreclosure property in 1980 and has bought and sold businesses and real estate for 30 years as an investor. In 2004, Vincent moved to South Florida to start selling luxury homes in Fort Lauderdale. His first sale was a $3.2 million waterfront home, and the second was $2.1 Million. In 2007, he became the sole broker for a local builder with 130 properties and luxury homes selling at $1 million to $4 Million in Broward County. In 2008, Vincent became a Licensed Florida Real Estate broker and opened DaVinci Realty Group Inc.. In 2009, he opened his Wilton Drive office to focus on foreclosure auction sales, short sales, and rentals. Vincent is now focused on buying discounted lenders notes and working with investors and buyers to take advantage of the real estate opportunities in this era of bad news – which is actually very good news for those who can match capital with the opportunity in the distressed Real Estate market today.
Shadi was raised in a family with a long history of deal makers. It’s in his DNA to be a rain maker. Shadi currently owns investment income property in South Florida and his greatest asset is knowing a great deal the moment he is looking at it. Tim Massey is a native Texan whose first experience with South Florida occurred in 1989 during an operational deployment to Florida for his Marine unit. After serving over 22 years in the Marine Corps, including combat tours in Southwest Asia, Tim served as a Principal and Site Manager for an international consulting and technology firm which specialized in developing decision support technology for strategic and operational planning with a particular focus on remote logistics and transportation issues. Follow-on logistics and planning opportunities allowed Tim to leverage his experience and serve as a Program Manager for a logistics company providing support to multi-billion dollar oil and gas capital projects around the globe. Tim currently resides in the Poinsettia Heights neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale and specializes in eastern Broward County real estate.
A resident of Florida for 30 years and a former marina owner, licensed yacht captain,
yacht broker, and realtor. Jim has lived in a number of citys in Florida including Cocoa
Beach, Orlando, Miami Beach, Key West, and now Fort Lauderdale. With Exit Realty
in Key West in 2005 he was the highest grossing sales agent in the south east for the
fourth quarter. After moving to Fort Lauderdale he has concentrated on residential
sales and rentals.
Shawn comes from Bangor, Maine and has resided in Florida for the past 12 years. Having previously spent the last 15 years of his career building hotels, and managing them, he has superb knowledge of business opportunities. Shawn has joined DaVinci Realty Group to focus on the Greater Fort Lauderdale area in business opportunity sales and residential sales and rentals.
